QNC Loop
QNC Loop is an iOS mobile application that was created to connect business owners/managers with its contractors/employees. It allows you to send out work orders and maintenance for multiple locations with different priorities. All from one simple location. I was in charge of creating all the UI/UX and graphics for the mobile app. Making a easier experience for users on each side, and keeping a simple flat and professional design style.

Here we have a series of screen shots.
1. The log in first.
2. Then we have the calendar of the current month with the task highlighted. Task are color coded from priority on what needs to be done. Making it easier to see a upcoming due date or high priority. You can narrow down your task with the range selector below.
3. After submitting your information in the range selector you get a task list. Again color coded with the priority and arranged by due date. Only the Managers/Owners will be allowed to edit the task created.
4. The following two photos feature the new task creation and how the UX flows when creating a new task.
5. Each category simply drops down and either allows you to type or enter in the information that is needed.
6. Then we have the final view of the task, again the only ones who can edit and delete items are the managers.

In this next series we have the messaging from within the app. You can send both text and voice messages for each task.
1. The first image shows the loaded messages, option to record or write another text, and expand the conversation if needed to see older messages.
2. Next is an example of the UX for recording a new message. You never leave the screen, a simple pop up comes for you to record your message, playback and rerecord if needed.
3. You can also take pictures and send them back and forth to check the progress or ask questions. Here we have an example of the camera UI.
4. We now have the task completion from the workers side. Here he can add photos, write a final message and send the task off to be reviewed for final completion.
5. Final image is of the Managers view of the complete task. They can read the final message and view photos. If they are happy they can remove the task. If not it can be reissued and a new message can be entered on what may need to be done.
